We support individuals of any age to live as independently as possible in their own homes. This could include providing one-to-one support for children and adults in their home and out in their local community to attend recreational activities.

This highly rewarding role can involve providing personal care, practical and emotional support to help individuals maintain their independence and to lighten the load for their unpaid carers, such as family, neighbours and friends.

The role will involve working to individual’s care plans and could involve support with medication, food preparation and light domestic duties.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

No experience required as full training will be given
Willingness to attend our full induction programme for new to care
You are caring and compassionate
Want to work with a great team
Able to treat people with dignity, empathy and compassion
Excellent organisation and communication skills
A driving licence and access to a car are required

We Offer

£10.15 per hour
£10.45 per hour for early mornings, evenings and weekends and £13.54 per hour for Bank Holidays
All training costs covered
Enhanced DBS paid for by the company
Enhanced rates available for evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Competitive mileage allowance 45p per mile
A range of part-time hours available to include evenings and weekends
28 days holiday (pro rata)
