Crossroads Together, part of TuVida, are a charity providing information, advice and support to people who care for a family member or friend.

Our Carer Support Workers provide cover to enable carers to take a much-needed break, by caring for their loved one. This allows the carer the chance to have a rest, catch up on housework, attend an appointment, or simply catch up with family or friends and enjoy some time out.

You will provide personal care alongside practical and emotional support. You’ll help someone develop their life skills, get involved activities, access the local community, and provide medication – helping people to maintain their independence.

The role will involve working to a person centred care plan.
