Stuart Greaves - Business Support Officer
Tell us about your role in no more than two sentences.
As Business Support Officer I provide administrative support including supporting staff with Webroster, coordinating training and new staff inductions for care operational staff, monitoring and inputting data.
What were you doing before you came into the care sector?
When I left school I worked in a hotel as a trainee chef, this lead me into working in a nursing / care home and that’s how I became involved in working in care.
What would you say to someone thinking about a career in care?
I would say that working in care isn’t an easy career choice and that it’s not for everyone, but if you have passion, are caring and get satisfaction whilst helping out others than that’s a good start.
What’s the best thing about working for Crossroads Together?
Being part of what we do and who we are locally and nationally.

Which three words would your friends use to describe you?
Honest, thoughtful and reliable.
Where’s your favourite holiday destination and why?
Anywhere the sun is shining, but no seriously the place I’d like to visit is America.
What’s your favourite hobby/pastime?
I enjoy cooking and socializing with my family and friends.
