‘The work Francis has done and continues to do with Michael is invaluable, he has come to understand him and one occasion spent over 45 minutes helping him to overcome his anxiety and fears in regards to other children and building up his confidence enough that Michael was able to enter a playground whilst there were other children. That was a huge moment for him and it would not have happened if it was not for the time, patience and understanding by Francis. Thank you.’
‘Jacob enjoys coming to the centre and gets very excited in the morning before he is picked up, and it gives me time to relax. Thank you’
‘Fabulous service. Been a lifeline to me, can’t thank you enough.’
‘Thank you so much Jake has had a lovely time and it has given me some respite.’
