As a Children’s Support Worker, you will provide support in the home to enable parent carers to take a much-needed break, by caring for their loved one. 

We are looking for creative-thinking, passionate people to provide support to children in Salford who have complex needs or physical disabilities. We provide high-quality, tailored services designed to meet the needs of each family.

About You

No previous experience required, training provided
Looking for a new or change in career
You are caring and compassionate
Want to work with a great team
Available to work before and after school hours, plus weekends
Excellent communication skills
A driving licence and access to a car are preferred for this role, but not essential

We Offer

£9.75 per hour
£10 per hour for early mornings, evenings and weekends
All training costs covered
Enhanced rates available for evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Competitive mileage allowance

28 days holiday (pro rata)
