As a Children’s Support Worker, you will provide support to enable parent carers to take a much-needed break, by caring for their loved one. In short, we make it possible for children with a disability to enjoy fun activities.

We are looking for creative-thinking, passionate people to provide support to children in Salford who have complex needs or physical disabilities. We provide high-quality, tailored services designed to meet the needs of each family.

About You

No previous experience required, training provided
Looking for a new or change in career
You are caring and compassionate
Want to work with a great team
Available to work 4pm–8pm weekdays and 10am–3 pm alternate weekends
Excellent communication skills
A driving licence and access to a car are preferred for this role, but not essential

We Offer

Competitive pay rates £8.75-£9.00 per hour
All training costs covered
Enhanced rates available for evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Mileage allowance 38p
Choice of guaranteed hours
A range of part-time hours available to include evenings and weekends
28 days holiday (pro rata)
Training and Development opportunities to complete QCF – Social Care Diploma Level 2 & 3
