Full and part time roles available across: Cheshire West
£9.75 per hour
Could you make a real difference to the lives of carers in your local community? Then this could be the role for you!
Crossroads Together are a charitable organisation who provide information, advice and support to anyone living with the challenges of caring, unpaid for a family member or friend.
As a Community Support Worker, you will provide cover to enable carers to take a much-needed break, by caring for their loved one. As a carer break is usually three hours or more, you get a real opportunity to get to know the carer and the person they care for, enabling you to tailor their care experience to them as individuals.
We work with people of all ages whether they are frail, have a short or long-term illness, a disability, complex needs or are approaching end of life, meaning no two days are the same.
Carer breaks can vary greatly, meaning you get to meet some amazing people and quite often support and be involved in activities that you will enjoy too.
Join our friendly team who are proud to deliver quality care.
We are CQC rated ‘Good’ in all of our locations.
