As a Children’s Support Worker, you will provide support to enable parent carers to take a much-needed break, by caring for their loved one. In short, we make it possible for children with a disability to enjoy fun activities.

We are looking for creative-thinking, passionate people to provide support to children in Salford who have complex needs or physical disabilities. We provide high-quality, tailored services designed to meet the needs of each family.

About You:

  • No previous experience required, training provided
  • You are caring and compassionate
  • Want to work with a great team
  • Available to work 4pm–8pm weekdays and 10am–3 pm alternate weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driving licence and access to a car are preferred for this role, but not essential

We offer:

  • Competitive pay rates up to £9.00 per hour

We are delighted to have recently won a tender to take over two extra care schemes in Stockport where we will provide care and housing support in four locations to individuals with a range of care needs.

As an Extra Care Support Worker, you will be required to provide personal care, practical and emotional support in people’s own homes within an Extra Care setting, whilst helping individuals maintain their independence.

The role will involve working to individuals person centred care plans and could involve support with medication, light domestic duties and supporting people in the community.

About You:

  • No previous experience required, all training provided
